Studio Holdings, LLC is a holding company managed by CEO Jeffrey Dachis. Studio Holdings manages a Hedge Fund, a Real Estate Fund, a Leveraged Buyout Fund, and several investments in assets in the evolving digital arena. Jeffrey Dachis is the sole member and managing partner.

Jeff founded Studio Holdings in 2002 to invest in profitable companies across a range of industries. Jeff is currently CEO, chairman, and managing partner of Studio Holdings. His previous experience includes: CEO / founder of Razorfish, Inc., CEO / founder of Razorfish Studios, CEO / founder of Razorfish Ventures and Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Game Financial Corporation.

Razorfish, Inc.
Founded Razorfish, Inc., a professional services consulting company, in January 1995 and served as its CEO, President and Director. From September 1999 to May 2001 he also served as the Chairman of the Board.

  • Operations and management:
    • Fortune 100 Clients included: Charles Schwab, Citigroup, and Ford Motor Company.
    • Recruited and developed executive management teams for 15 corporate offices worldwide and an independent Board of Directors which included members from McKinsey, Ericsson, and Viacom.
    • Created systems and programs to deliver professional services through a network of 15 global offices in 6 vertical industries.
  • Corporate Growth and Finance:
    • Grew revenue 54,000% to over $260 million in under 70 months.
    • Grew revenue and operating profits 23 consecutive sequential quarters.
    • Employed over 2,100 professionals, spanning offices in 9 countries and 15 cities.
  • Lead the finance team to raise over $75MM including:
    • $55 million IPO, lead IPO road show, filing of S-1, and listing on NASDAQ (RAZF).
      • Underwritten by Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers, BTAlex Brown and Robertson Stephens.
    • Filing of $30 million S-4 shelf offering.
    • $10 million + Private Placement of Razorfish, Inc. common stock.
    • $10MM + Revolving Credit Facility from Omnicom.
  • Created and lead the company's Mergers & Acquisition and integration strategy:
    • Completed approximately $2 billion in Mergers/Acquisitions over a 20 month period.
    • $677 million acquisition of International Integration, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICUB) and $55 million acquisition of Spray Network AB.
    • Integrated 14 companies' employees, processes, cultures, and business pipelines into a cohesive services delivery platform.

Razorfish Ventures, LLC
Founded and led a $30 million corporate investment subsidiary of Razorfish, Inc. focusing on developmental stage private companies within software, Internet infrastructure, broadband and wireless industries.

Deals include:

  • Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd. - a leading designer and manufacture of CMOS bases single chip radio devices focusing on the 2.5 GHz Bluetooth personal area networking standard. Series B round investment.
  • Artesia Technologies, Inc. - a leading provider of digital asset manager software. Series B round investment.
  • POGO Ltd. - a manufacturer of wireless mobile internet handsets, server, browser and compression software. Incubation and divestiture.

Razorfish Studios, Inc.
Founded Razorfish Studios, Inc. a diversified entertainment company that produced and distributed digital art, motion pictures, television programs, magazines, books and recorded audio products. Art and entertainment distributed through the proprietary Razorfish Subnetwork ("RSUB"). The company also managed several online retailing environments.

  • Key properties included BUST Magazine, Disinformation, and Michael Stipe of REM's film companies, including the company responsible for the production of the award-winning "Being John Malkovich."
  • Raised $10 million through five financing events, including $2.6 million convertible preferred, $3 million private placement and a $3.8 million revolving credit facility.
  • Completed five transactions, including three mergers and/or acquisitions and two divestitures.

Game Financial Corporation
Served as the Vice President of Corporate marketing of Game Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: GFIN), a credit card cash advance services company delivering credit card processing, fraud protection and check cashing services to the casino gaming industry through proprietary software and services.

Corporate finance and operations:

  • Lead $5 million Initial public offering and listing on NASDAQ. Underwritten by Equity Securities.
  • Developed national client base in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Riverboat gaming properties.
